China Display Optoelectronics Technology Holdings Limited (HKEX stock code: 334) is affiliated to TCL Technology Group Corporation, headquartered in Chenjiang Huizhou. The group is one of the major providers of small-to-medium-sized display modules in the region. The Company was founded in August 2004, and is primarily engaged in the research and development (“R&D”), manufacturing, sale and distribution of TFT-LCD/CTP display modules mainly for devices. The Group has a factory in the PRC and distributes its products in Asia, with Hong Kong and the PRC as its main markets.

The company has a standard factory of 29,000 square meters, a dust-free purification workshop of 13,000 square meters, and a number of automated production lines. The Group has established the Board, which endeavours to maintain sound corporate governance and business practices upholding the mission of developing into a leading LCD module enterprise. There are three special committees under the Board, namely the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Besides, the management team and research and development team of the Group composed of a group of experienced and innovative industry elites.

Relying on strong technical strength, smooth sales channels and the strong tension of TCL brand, the company has maintained stable production and shipment efficiency. The Group has cooperated with the panel factories of China Star Optoelectronics in Wuhan, Guangzhou and India to provide global brand customers with the highest quality products and services.
